Update on the washdown system.!!

I just wasn't thrilled about the pressure I had with the washdown pump I recently installed. It said it was supposed to be 40 psi, but I have my doubts.

It bugged me so much I just had to upgrade. I just swapped it out for a Jabsco Pump (high pressure unit) that is supposed to put out 6gpm at 70 psi. That should certainly do the trick.

I'll update on it's performance just as soon as I get the ole girl in the water. Right now keeping a close eye on Erica......Hope it turns out to sea.

They keep forecasting Erika will turn to the right (was supposed to go north of P.R.) but it just trucks on west. I think it looks like it's going into the gulf.
