This video pointed me in the general direction to look and find mine.
Mine on the F70 was a little spring loaded rheostat style switch on the port side of the engine....
But same issue... Salt Water had it locked up. Simple fix, I manually started to move it back and forth, and then used some PB Blaster to help cut it all free and lube it back up again. Working great now!
Simple zero dollar repair and now I will know to hit that area better when washing down the engine after running
