Good Morning!
If you still have the old ones, they can be used to make a pattern for new ones so don't pitch them away just yet... But back when I had my 190, I just took them to local Marine Canvas shop and had new ones made with some changes so they would both last longer and cost less and they were...
1. I had them made in one solid color which was a real light gray which still matched the various factory panels, but had less stitches and thread (no panels) too break down which just allows more water to get inside them.
2. Newer and thicker technology foam that was much better in handling moisture.
3. They also had a mesh backside (not solid vinyl) which helps allow them to dry faster
I suspect, a local car upholstery shop could do the same if you do not have a Marine Canvas place nearby.
