A friend of mine has one on a 17 ft Arima with a 90 Yamaha. It made all the difference in the world for him. There are others out there, let us know what you end up with, and how it works for you.

Glad to see we got a good lively thread going . For some reason I disqualified using a hydrofoil way back when because I didn’t want to drill my motor. Now after reviewing a ton of old threads I’m regretting all the time I might have wasted underperforming and not dropping a few bucks and drilling a few holes. I will order one up and let you know the verdict.
One other thing that drives me a little nuts with my boat is that I don’t have an hour meter for the motor and have no idea if the motor warning alarms work or not. The stock gauges are Faria and are fogged up and “sort of work”. Maybe a BMS hydrofoil and some new gauges will be the ticket...Gauge upgrade advice welcome...
