A friend of ours is expanding their dock, and removing their present fully operational Davit system. Part of the expansion plans is to have them taken off the mounts so that part will already be taken care of 
So, if you need a working set of Davits for your property, or know of someone who does and looking to save quite a bit of cash in the process! Feel free to respond to this posting or send me a PM and I will be happy to help!
Now, they cannot be shipped (way too heavy for such) so one would need to come to SWFL to pick them up naturally, and looking for $500.00 for the pair
Here are some pictures and if you need some more specs (lifted a 21 footer with a T-Top with no issues) I will be happy to look up and see what I can find denoted on them for you.
