When I recovered boat last weekend, I found one of the trailer bunks was floating at the transom end. So I pulled out the trailer and found all 4 screws are missing at the end of that bunk, and maybe because the bunk board was rotted, the screw holes could not hold new screws. End up I had to use fishing line to hold the bunk in position and recovered my 195CC on the trailer.
Now it's time to replace the bunk boards. Anybody has any idea on the ultimate bunk boards?

They are made from high density, extruded, polyethylene plastic. No carpet needed. Is this material safe to roplene? Seems that is original model is more flex than wood. Maybe supreme model is ok for 195cc?
