Dick is absolutely correct. You need to pull the hub off and also replace the inner seal. That is the likely failure that has caused the oil to cloud up. Without fixing the leak, you will only have recurring trouble. Probably after each time you dunk the trailer. I have not had the oil bath type hubs but I suspect there is a seal for the clear inspection cover also. That may be the one that has failed. Both need to be checked and replaced. Even if they do not look bad, one of them is no good. Don't take any chances with either one. Also, if one has failed, the other three hubs are likely close to the same problem. That is why I replace all four of my grease style inner seals every other year, failure or not.
Failed seals, usually due to light rusting of the spindle surface, are the biggest enemy of salt water trailer users. Once the seal fails, it cannot be rehabilitated, it must be replaced.
Use OEM seals if available. The cheap ones are just that, cheap.
