ALL was rough on Sat morning. 6 foot swells seemed to be the average, with a few big ones in the mix. It was a bit rough even for me, I am surprized that they lifted the small craft warning. Any who, there was radio chatter from the cornardo islands, and lajolla for yellowtail. Not a lot, but a few were catching them. also there was radio chatter of a few thresher sharks being caught and released. As for us a big ZERO
. Not for the lack of trying. We set out for the sharks, had a great chum line going, mixed with lots of blood from the local asian market. But no one came by to play. I think because of the cold water temps, not counting the thresher sharks whom seem to like this temp of 58 - 60 degrees.
