Proud owner of a 2002 Triumph 190 Bay since 2003. To clarify, Aracknofobia, in this instance, has nothing to do with our long-legged friends. One of my hobbies is pool and I have "no fear of racking." Anyhow, due to demands at work, boat sat for literally 4 years. I went out last weekend, had plants growing in the aft section, cleaned out debri, pressured washed, charged both batteries, cleared pee tube, put 5 gallons of 98 Octane, primed the 115 Yamaha and figured I'D turn the key. THAT ENGINE STARTED ON THE FOURTH REVOLUTION AND PURRED LIKE A KITTEN FOR 1/2 HOUR (till I shut it off)! Now it's time for boat and engine maintenance. I am a "DIYer" so I will share my knowledge where possible. It's readily evident, based on my cursory review of this site's threads, there is a plethora of knowledge I anticipate tapping. For those who have a"better half", I talked her into going fishing; I have now created a monster who out fishes me almost everytime. Glad to be aboard!
