Shame on me and even though I work in the IT field, been a while since I posted much on tweaking your PC.
So are you getting some slow downs when on the PC and doing data intensive jobs, like streaming video links from Performance Outdoors! Well it might not be your ISP or even your Router that is the real cause, and just some "stock" Windows settings way down in the Registry that is part of the cause. Not a problem and this little program I have used for many years from the days of Windows XP onward to help with such.
So download and try using SG TCP Optimizer found on this link:

And see if that helps? Can't beat the price (free) and 99.9% you run it, set it to Optimal, save those settings, reboot, and then forget it is even on your PC
