190 Front Deck Rod Holders
Found some 6in EZ Straps at West Marine PN#229560 that had Velcro in them and worked just perfect to hold couple of pre-rigged rods on the casting deck beside me. Real simple install of just taking the top screw out of each hinge and adding a washer and reinstalling the screw through the strap. Now I do not need to have as many rods as a tour bass rig would, but now I can reach down and grab another weapon if they short strike the 1st offering. I can also move from spot to spot and not have to waste time putting the rods back in the holders if it is a pretty smooth ride. They do not interfere with the use of the hatch (when empty) and lay flat when not in use.
